For short periods, storage at -20°C is recommended. For long-term storage, the ideal temperature is -80°C, while for prolonged conservation, the gaseous phase of liquid nitrogen can be used. The selection of the appropriate temperature depends on the biological characteristics of the microorganisms and the operating procedures implemented by the laboratories to ensure maximum viability and integrity of the cultures.
  • Sterility testing: Incubation for 3 days at 30°C and for 5 days at 25°C showed no growth.
  • Validity: 24 months.
